Hotel Services

The hotel has private covered parking. The price per night is 10 euros. Access is via your magnetic key if you have previously requested access to the car park.

No valuables should be left in the rooms. A safe is available in the wardrobe of your room for high value items.

Two rooms have been fitted out in the establishment to accommodate people with disabilities. More information is available at reception.

Your room is powered by an electric current of 220 volts. We advise you to check the voltage of your devices before any connection. Adapters and transformers are available from reception.

If you forget your toothbrush, toothpaste, bathing suit, we have troubleshooting items.
For your children cot, high chair are available

Your room and the entire hotel is non-smoking. You nevertheless have the possibility of smoking in our smoking area which is located in the glass roof next to the reception of the Hotel.

For your child, we provide on request at reception: cot, baby chair, changing mat and other accessories.

During your stay, if you wish to print documents, you can contact reception directly or request a printer in your room.

The reception can take care of posting your mail. Drop off your letters at reception.

Fire instructions are displayed behind the door of your room.

Pets are accepted in the hotel, with a supplement of 10 euros per day. We remind you that animals must be kept on a leash in public places.

The Hostellerie de la Pointe Saint Mathieu offers a laundry service open every day of the week except Sunday. A small form where you can mention if you need the garment the same day or the next day is made available to you. You can also use an iron and ironing board at any time on request at reception.
